Robot arm therapy gets a camera coach for stroke recovery

NCT ID NCT04851886

First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests a camera system that watches how stroke survivors move their arms during robot-assisted therapy. The camera uses smart software to detect bad posture and give feedback. Researchers want to see if this setup works as well in small groups as it does in one-on-one sessions. About 42 people who had a stroke 6 months to 6 years ago will take part.
