New posture therapy aims to unknot the physical and mental strain of homemaking
NCT ID NCT07203950
Summary
This study is testing a physical therapy method called Global Postural Reeducation (GPR) to see if it can help housewives who have long-term, unexplained low back pain. The goal is to see if this gentle stretching and posture-based therapy can reduce their pain, lower their stress levels, and improve their sleep quality at the same time. It will compare the results of GPR plus standard therapy against standard therapy alone in 30 participants.
