First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tested a 12-week home exercise program for heart rehab patients with hyperkyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back). 62 participants were split into three groups: one did the home exercises plus standard rehab, another did only standard rehab, and a third had no hyperkyphosis and did only standard rehab. The goal was to see if the home program could reduce spine curvature and improve physical performance and lung function.
