Summary
This study aims to adapt and improve a health program called 'Staying Healthy After Childbirth' (STAC) specifically for Black women and birthing persons. Researchers will work closely with community members and a small group of participants to gather feedback on how to best implement the program. The goal is to create a version of the program that effectively helps prevent serious blood pressure complications in the critical weeks after delivery.
