New study to uncover hidden postpartum depression rates

Summary
This study will measure how many women at a high-risk pregnancy clinic experience postpartum depression. Researchers will use a standard questionnaire called the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) to screen 100 women who gave birth 4 weeks to 6 months ago. The goal is to find out how common PPD is in this group and whether routine screening can be easily added to regular care.
