Year-Long postpartum care could save Mothers' hearts

Summary
This study tests whether having obstetric providers manage a mother's care for a full year after childbirth can better control high blood pressure and diabetes. About 100 mothers with these conditions will receive extended monitoring and treatment. The goal is to prevent long-term heart problems and improve overall health.
