First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding radiotherapy to immunotherapy after surgery can help people with a certain type of advanced lung cancer (stage III N2 non-small cell lung cancer) live longer without the cancer coming back. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 who have had surgery and have cancer in at least three lymph nodes will take part. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective at delaying disease progression.
