First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily postbiotic supplement for 28 days can lower inflammation, improve gut symptoms, and reduce anxiety in healthy adults after a 45-minute treadmill workout. About 50 physically active men and women aged 18 to 55 will take either the supplement or a placebo. Researchers will measure blood markers and use questionnaires to see if the supplement helps the body recover better from exercise.
