Summary
This study aims to find the best single dose of a pain medication called tegileridine for adults recovering from bone or joint surgery. Researchers will test different doses in 180 patients to see which one effectively controls pain for 90% of people shortly after waking up from anesthesia. The goal is to provide strong pain relief while minimizing common side effects like nausea and drowsiness.
