Summary
This study tested a special program to help people recover after a stroke. The program included regular check-ups, early detection of problems, and new techniques like a portable brain scanner and motivational counseling. A total of 92 stroke patients took part for 6 months, with half getting the program and half getting usual care. The goal was to see if the program could improve their physical function and mental health.
