Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help people who have had a stroke manage their high blood pressure, which is the leading cause of having another stroke. Researchers are comparing two methods: one where participants just check their blood pressure at home, and another where they also attend virtual group medical visits for support and education. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better blood pressure control and helps keep the brain healthy after a stroke.
