Summary
This study looks at whether using a blood test (ctDNA) to guide treatment after stomach cancer surgery is as effective as standard chemotherapy. About 197 patients with stage II-III stomach cancer took part. The goal is to see if some patients can safely receive less intense treatment without raising the risk of cancer coming back.
