NCT ID NCT06157216

First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether a blood test that detects tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors decide if chemotherapy is needed after stomach cancer surgery. About 65 people with stage II-III gastric cancer will be followed for three years to see if using this test leads to better outcomes and less treatment. The goal is to personalize care and avoid chemo for those who may not need it.
