Summary

This study compares two numbing drugs injected during spinal fusion surgery for teens with scoliosis. One drug lasts longer, and researchers want to see if it reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids in the first 3 days after surgery. About 128 teens aged 10-17 will take part.
