Summary
This study looked at over 1,100 women who had surgery for ovarian endometriomas (chocolate cysts) and then took hormone therapy to prevent the cysts from coming back. Researchers compared four common hormone treatments: birth control pills, GnRH agonists, dienogest, and dydrogesterone. The goal was to see which one worked best at stopping recurrence within two years after surgery.
