Summary
This study looked at over 1100 women who had surgery for ovarian endometrioma (a type of cyst caused by endometriosis). After surgery, they took one of four hormone treatments for at least six months. The goal was to see which treatment best prevented the cysts from returning within two years. The findings help doctors choose the most effective hormone therapy after surgery.
