Summary
This study looked at 60 people who had sleeve gastrectomy (weight loss surgery) and then got body contouring surgery to remove extra skin and fat. Researchers wanted to see if the contouring surgery helped prevent weight regain and how it affected metabolism. They measured weight, body mass index, and certain blood markers before and after the contouring procedure.
