First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study aims to find out if certain environmental chemicals, called persistent organic pollutants (POPs), are linked to more severe endometriosis. Researchers will measure levels of these pollutants in blood samples from 650 women with endometriosis living in the Paris region. The goal is to better understand how these chemicals might affect the disease, which could lead to better prevention or treatment strategies in the future.
