Summary
This study tests two different drug combinations given before gallbladder surgery to see which one keeps patients from feeling sick or vomiting longer. About 264 adults at moderate-to-high risk for post-surgery nausea will receive either ondansetron plus metoclopramide or dexamethasone plus metoclopramide. The goal is to find the better option for improving comfort after surgery.
