Summary

This study is testing whether the drug pomalidomide can help control Kaposi sarcoma, a type of skin cancer often linked to HIV. It involves 45 adults with measurable skin lesions, who will take the drug in repeating cycles for up to two years. The main goal is to see if the treatment leads to a lasting reduction in cancer that holds for at least one year.
