Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs—pomalidomide (a pill) and nivolumab (an IV infusion)—in adults with cancers caused by viruses like Epstein-Barr, HPV, or hepatitis. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drugs can shrink tumors or slow disease. Participants must have cancer that hasn't responded to prior treatment or have refused surgery. People with HIV are welcome regardless of CD4 count.
