Summary

This study tests a 6-session group skills program for people with obesity. The program teaches participants to notice and respond to body signals like hunger and emotions, which may help with emotional eating. Ten adults from an NHS weight management service will take part, and the study will track changes in body awareness and emotional control over several weeks.
