One pill, three drugs: new strategy aims to simplify heart failure care for vulnerable patients
NCT ID NCT04633005
Summary
This study tested whether a single daily pill containing three proven heart failure medications works better than giving the medications separately. It focused on low-income and racially diverse patients who often face barriers to getting optimal care. Researchers wanted to see if this simpler approach improves heart function and makes it easier for patients to stick with their treatment.
