New device tested for swallowing surgery

Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective a special device called Speedboat UltraSlim™ is when used during a surgery called POEM to treat swallowing problems like achalasia. About 40 adults who are already scheduled for this surgery will have their medical records reviewed. The goal is to see if the device helps improve symptoms and works as intended.
