First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether specially modified grafts can safely repair complex aortic aneurysms in patients who are too high-risk for standard surgery. About 220 participants with abdominal or thoracoabdominal aneurysms or aortic dissections will receive a physician-modified endovascular graft. Researchers will track survival, complications, and graft performance for up to 5 years.
