Summary
This phase II trial is testing whether adding an experimental drug called PM8002 (pumitamig) to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors in people with a common type of metastatic colorectal cancer that has not been treated before. PM8002 is a bispecific antibody designed to block two cancer-promoting pathways at once. The study will enroll about 100 adults whose cancer is not the MSI-H type, which typically does not respond well to immunotherapy alone.
