First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called WD-01, which uses a patient's own immune cells modified to target a protein (GCC) found on colorectal cancer cells. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors in people with metastatic colorectal cancer who have already tried other treatments. About 30 participants will receive the therapy, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
