Summary

This study tested a short psychological program called Problem Management Plus (PM+) for adults with depression or anxiety in a primary care center in Chile. Fifty-six participants were randomly assigned to receive either PM+ or usual care. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable, and to get early signs of whether it might help reduce symptoms.
