Summary
This study aims to find out which height is best for a specific type of jump training to improve soccer performance. Researchers will have 56 competitive soccer players jump from low, medium, and high platforms three times a week for six weeks. They will measure changes in the players' jumping power, sprint speed, and agility to see which training height works best.
