Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called PLM-102 in 12 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose and to monitor side effects. Participants must have relapsed or refractory AML or related conditions.
