First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a short, fun activity—like drawing and gentle movement—can help university students feel less stressed and anxious during exam time. About 60 students will take part in a single 20-minute session, and some will have their brain activity measured with a special headset. The goal is to see if these playful techniques can calm the mind and improve focus.
