Can playtime help preschoolers fight Cancer's side effects?

NCT ID NCT07213024

Summary

This study aims to see if a 9-month program of structured play activities can help young children (ages 1-5) with cancer improve their movement skills and overall development during treatment. It will involve 82 children who will either receive group play sessions at the hospital or those sessions plus extra parent education and online play sessions at home. The main goal is to measure improvements in the children's gross motor skills, like walking and balance, after nine months.
