First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study explores whether a special blood product called pure platelet-rich plasma (P-PRP) can improve sperm movement when mixed with semen in a lab. Researchers will first standardize how to make P-PRP, then test it on sperm samples from 248 volunteers. The goal is to see if P-PRP helps sperm swim better, which could aid fertility treatments.
