Summary
This study aims to test whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) made from donated blood can improve sperm quality in men with infertility. Researchers will first develop a standard method to prepare the PRP, then test if adding it to sperm samples increases their movement and health. The goal is to see if this approach could help couples struggling to conceive.
