Hospital trials 'Food Spy' cameras to fight malnutrition
NCT ID NCT07183449
Summary
This study is testing if a simple camera system can accurately measure how much food stroke patients eat during their hospital stay. It involves 50 patients at a single UK hospital over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this digital tool is a practical way to monitor nutrition, which is often poorly tracked with paper charts, to help improve patient care.
