New drug combo tested to control bone tumors

Summary
This study is testing if adding two oral medications, lenalidomide and CC-486, to standard radiation therapy is safe and effective for treating plasmacytoma, a type of bone tumor related to multiple myeloma. It aims to see if this combination can better control the disease. The trial is for adults with newly diagnosed or recurrent plasmacytoma, or for those with relapsed multiple myeloma that has formed a tumor requiring radiation.
