Summary
This study looked at how plant-based protein (soy and rice) compares to animal-based protein (whey) for building lean muscle in 25 elite male youth soccer players aged 16-18. Over 4 weeks, players took a protein drink after training. The goal was to see which type of protein better improves body composition and muscle mass.
