Summary

This study looks at how eating more plant foods changes the bacteria in your gut and affects your heart health. Healthy adults aged 30-70 will replace all their meals with study-provided plant-based foods for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure gut bacteria, blood, urine, and artery health to see the effects.
