Summary
This study is testing whether two different blends of plant extracts can help improve blood sugar control in people with prediabetes. It involves 87 overweight adults who will take the supplements for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar markers, body weight, and body fat to see if the supplements are effective.
