Summary
This study tests whether a plant-based diet is practical for overweight people with MGUS or smoldering multiple myeloma, two conditions that can lead to multiple myeloma. Researchers will measure weight loss and how well participants stick to the diet over 12 weeks. They will also check if the diet helps prevent the disease from progressing and improves quality of life.
