Summary
This study aimed to see if injections of cells from the placenta could improve blood flow and help heal foot ulcers in people with diabetes and peripheral artery disease. It was planned for about 24 adults with hard-to-heal ulcers. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
