Could a handful of nuts boost your diet on ozempic?
NCT ID NCT07244445
Summary
This study is testing whether eating pistachios daily for 12 weeks can help people feel fuller, have more energy, and improve their diet quality while they are taking prescription weight-loss medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro. It will involve 108 adults who have been on these medications for at least three months. Researchers will measure changes in hunger, fatigue, mood, diet quality, and various health markers to see if adding pistachios provides extra benefits.
