Summary
This study looks at whether eating pistachios as a snack can improve how the body uses energy (metabolic flexibility) in healthy overweight or obese adults aged 25-45. Sixty participants will compare four days of pistachio snacking with four days of their normal diet. Researchers will measure metabolism at rest, during exercise, and after exercise, along with sleep quality and diet changes.
