Summary
This study tests a new treatment for advanced stomach cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. It compares standard chemotherapy given as a spray inside the belly (PIPAC) with a virus-based therapy (VRT106) given the same way. The goal is to see which is safer and works better. 30 adults aged 18-75 with this type of cancer will take part.
