First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new way to deliver chemotherapy directly to the abdomen using a pressurized spray, called PIPAC, in people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and tolerable when combined with standard treatments. Ten adults with this condition will receive the therapy, and researchers will monitor for side effects.
