Summary
This study compares a new method called PIPAC, which delivers chemotherapy as a spray inside the abdomen, to standard treatment for advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if PIPAC can better reduce the cancer before surgery. About 60 adults with stage IIIC-IVA ovarian cancer will take part.
