Summary

This study tests if giving chemotherapy as a pressurized mist directly into the abdomen (PIPAC) alongside standard IV chemo can help more women with advanced ovarian cancer have successful tumor-removal surgery. It includes 160 women aged 18-75 with stage IIIB-IIIC disease. The goal is to see if this approach improves surgery outcomes and extends survival.
