Summary

This study is testing a program called PILI 'Āina for Native Hawaiians with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or overweight. The program promotes traditional Hawaiian diets and cooking to improve health and social connections. About 210 adults will take part, and researchers will measure changes in diet, weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
