Summary

This study aims to help Native Hawaiians manage type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity by promoting traditional diets and cooking skills. About 210 adults from Hawaiian homesteads will take part in a program that includes dietary guidance, cooking demonstrations, and group support. The goal is to improve diet quality, weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
