Summary

This study tested whether Pilates or Gyrotonic exercises can ease nerve pain and reduce fall risk in 100 cancer survivors who have nerve damage from chemotherapy. Participants did one of the two exercise programs. The goal was to see if these exercises improve symptoms like numbness, tingling, and balance, without needing more medication.
