Can pilates beat standard therapy for young adult back pain?
NCT ID NCT07467070
Summary
This study is testing whether a Pilates exercise program works better than standard physical therapy to improve posture, core strength, and flexibility in young adults with non-specific low back pain. Researchers will enroll 50 participants aged 18-25 and randomly assign them to do either Pilates or standard therapy three times a week for six weeks. The goal is to see which approach provides greater relief and functional improvement for this common condition.
